Meet With the Spoonbill Team

Our team reviews your selected homesite, preferred Home Design, and requested features. We then contact you to discuss your priorities, answer questions, and determine which options and modifications may be appropriate for the selected homesite and design.

Finalize Your Home

Once your goals are understood, the Spoonbill team works with you to establish the final home configuration, available options, pricing, selections, required documents, and approvals.

We Build Your Home

Once plans, selections, pricing, agreements, and required approvals are complete, construction can begin. The Spoonbill team manages the build process and keeps the homeowner informed as the home takes shape.
