Our Story
A community born from a love of the coast.
Spoonbill Bay was envisioned as a refined retreat — a place where the unhurried rhythm of bayside life could meet the comforts of a custom-built luxury home. Inspired by the timeless cottages of the Caribbean coast and the American low-country, every detail of our community has been considered.
From the standing-seam metal roofs and pastel siding to the lush palms, white picket fences, and quiet shell-paved streets, Spoonbill Bay was designed to feel like a place you’ve always belonged.
